Information
Thanks to feedback from you, we've made some exciting changes to this year's Winter League. Games are now Thursday night (not Wednesday) and we have reserved all of Superkick so no one has to take the late game. Due to Superkick's setup, we have two different size fields. During the night, each team will play their opponent twice: once on the regular field (35 x 55yds) and once on the large field ( 42 x 72 yds).
Dates and Time
The league starts on January 5, 2012 and runs every Thursday through March 1, 2012.
Games are 40 minutes long each (played to time, not points) and like every other year are a hard stop at the buzzer unless teams are tied. There will be a five minute break in between games for teams to switch fields. The timeline is:
- 9:10pm Five minutes to warm up.
- 9:15pm Forty minutes for Game 1.
- 9:55pm Five minute break between games.
- 10:00pm Forty minutes for Game 2.
- 10:40pm Play ends
Location
Games will be held at SuperKick, which is located at 409 Orangepoint Drive in Lewis Center.
Cost
$105, plus $10 insurance fee for non-USA Ultimate members.
